We have had the best honeymoon, the perfect place to relax and unwind after months of planning!! Oak Cottge is absolutely beautiful and we loved all the personal touches such as cake on arrival, the lovely flowers and milk in the fridge! Stephen and Joyce were very welcoming and friendly and we wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

We have had a lovely family holiday. We live a very hectic life, so was nice to come here and just chill and relax. The views and cottage are amazing, I am sure we will be back again. You're all so very helpful and welcoming and have thought of everything we need. Thank you so very much.

What an amazing place this is! Having never been to the north of England before, Tottergill has converted me in wanting to stay forever. Garth Cottage is so cosy, and homely from the building itself, right down to all the tiny finishing touhes - we didn't need to bring anything! The vew is stunning and is completely different everyday and night! We spent hours watching it within the hot tub every evening. The area is fantastic too, we spent most of our days walking/hiking - the maps already printed for us was really appreciated. Gelt Wood is beautiful and my favorite place by far - capturing some amazing pictures, along with Talkin Tarn for a more relaxing stroll. Housesteads Fort at Hadrians Wall was a delight and the Roman Army Museum not far from it very interesting, worth a visit! The utter silence surounding our entire trip was beautiful - just hearing sheep & birds each morning and evening - we felt as though we were the only people for miles! We came for walking / photograph & relaxation and we got all 3 in abundance! It feels like home and we are sad to leave - but shall be back without a doubt! Thank you!

We have had a lovely week in Watson Cottage. Really enjoyed the hot tub and watching the birds. The Duke of Cumberland have an excellent menu for lunch, also a lovely walk down there. We really enjoyed the cupcakes left for us when we arrived. The house was well equipped and clean. Thank you for a lovely week!
