We are anticipating this cottage will achieve five star grading.

The cottage is being tastefully converted from an existing grade two listed stone barn.

The accommodation will comprise of one super kingsize bedroom with en suite and the living area will be on the same level. The access into the cottage which is on the first floor will be level from the rear garden area. 

This cottage will feature TV and ipod dock in the bedroom and a wood burning stove and large screen TV in the lounge. There will also be a private hot tub in the enclosed rear garden. Oak Cottage is on the first floor which affords breathtaking views across the reservoir to Carlisle, and the Solway Firth. 

As with all our cottages, guests can enjoy complimentary use of the leisure club facilities at a local hotel for the duration of their stay. This includes gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi etc
