Watson Cottage - Luxury Five Star Gold Award Winning Cottage with Hot Tub close to Lake District, Hadrians Wall, Carlisle and the Scottish Borders.

Our brand new five star cottage has recently been tastefully converted from part of Tower Barn, to accommodate up to six guests, with its own hot tub. It has been finished to an exceptional standard with granite worktops and oak doors. Watson Cottage has also achieved a Gold Award.

This exceptionally spacious holiday cottage has 3 luxury en-suite bedrooms, which can be either double or twin according to your party’s needs. With 6 foot double beds, LCD TVs and ipod docks in each bedroom, your every comfort has been taken into account. One of the en-suite bedrooms is wheelchair accessible and on the same level as the living space. (Click here to view our access statement)

Watson cottage has open-plan kitchen, dining, living area on the first floor. This allows guests to enjoy the breathtaking views across the reservoir to Carlisle, and the Solway Firth. The living room has a log burning stove, 50" TV with home cinema surround sound system and double patio doors lead out to its own enclosed garden with 5/6 person hot tub.

As with all our cottages, guests can enjoy complimentary use of the leisure club facilities at a local hotel for the duration of their stay. This includes gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi etc
