The Local Area
Set within 50 acres of it's own grounds, Tottergill Farm is located in an unspoilt and often undiscovered area of Cumbria which attracts spectacular wildlife.
Tottergill is away from the hustle and bustle on the edge of the Eden Valley, yet only 10 miles from Carlisle and less than half an hour from the Lake District, Hadrian's Wall and the Scottish Borders. Tottergill Farm is a truly peaceful location within the North Penines Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and adjoining the Geltsdale RSPB reserve.
Luxury five star accommodation
Our luxury holiday cottages are accessed via a single track road around a reservoir, just outside the Cumbrian village of Castle Carrock near Brampton. Stunning views of the lake district hills can be enjoyed from all of our luxury holiday cottages. Relax in the hot tub after a busy day out in Mill Barn, Watson, Tower and Oak cottages. The village can be accessed via a footpath (about a mile). There is an excellent traditional country pub, a village shop and a church. Our guests also enjoy complimentary use of the leisure club at a nearby hotel. Some of our luxury cottages are dog friendly (max 2 per cottage). You can check our 'live' availability and book online.
